Our history

-    ARMA FACTORING LCC was founded on 16th of October 2003 in Kyiv, Ukraine.

-    On 4th of June 2004 ARMA FACTORING has received the License of financial company issued by The State Commission for Regulation of Financial Services Markets of Ukraine. It has allowed us to provide factoring services and financial leasing services, give warranties.

-    In 2005 the company has increased its statutory fund to 20 mln. UAH.

-    In 2005 ARMA FACTORING LLC was one of the first that started providing international factoring services for Ukrainian exporters and importers successfully.

-    In 2005 ARMA FACTORING became an invariable leader in providing factoring services among non-banking financial institutions in Ukraine.

-    On the 10th of October 2005 during a regular session of The Executive Committee of Factors Chain International (FCI) ARMA FACTORING LLC became a member of this organization.

- In July 2007 ARMA FACTORING LLC has leaved Financial Group “ARMA” and become absolutely independent company
